CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients who wish to cancel their session are required to notify us 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointments. Clients who fail to do so will be charged the full cost of the session. Pre-paid services are non-refundable. Due to high demands and exclusivity, there are NO EXCEPTIONS to the no- show policy including emergencies. No- show fees are NOT carried over to future appointments or applied towards future treatments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be rescheduled and will be charged as a no- show fee (full cost).
